As many of you may have noticed, we are moving to an improved D'wards system that will allow us to provide more options and better features to our D'wards program members in the future.
We are happy to let you know that all active D'wards accounts from our old system have already been transferred to our new D'wards system. Each guest will now have a new D'wards account number that they can use to earn and redeem points.
(Please note that the new system point is on the 1pt per instead of 100 pts per, so all accounts were divided by 100, and yes, the cost of rewards was also reduced and divided by 100, so even though it looks like fewer points it's still the same value.)
Your new card # will eventually show on the app when the loyalty function is added to the program. Until then, you can access your D'wards account at the theater when you buy tickets or concessions to earn and redeem points.
Just ask the cashier to look up your NEW CARD # by providing the cashier with your account #, email, or phone number if you have them associated them with your account.
You can also log into your D'wards account by going to https://www.dplaceentertainment.com/dwards/ and creating an email log for your account.
This will let you see your points and update any contact or look-up info you want to share or associate with your account.
Having this set up with a login will also allow you to sign in when buying tickets online so that you can earn and use points for online ticket purchases.

You can create a D'Wards account at the theater or online.
If you are the theater, just let a cashiet know you would like to signup. They will collect some infomation to create the account and you will be ready to start earning right away!
If you would like to sign up online, just visit this link. Once you complete signing up, you can earn points when you purchase your tickets online or on your next visit to the theater.
Points are earned with every purchase you make at our Box Office, Concessions stand and when purchasing tickets on our website.
To earn at the theater just let the cast member know yo are a D'Wards member and provide your phone number linked to your account.
When purchasing online you can login to receive points for your transaction. Simply select your movie and showtime. Once you arrive at the screen to select your tickets there will be a button to sign in at the top left of the page.
You can check your reward balance both at the theater and online.
To check at the theater you must go to a cashier. Let the cashier know that you would like to check your balance and provide your phone number linked to the account.
You can also check online by logging into your account here.
You can redeem your points during a transaction at the theater for discounted concessions, free concessions or fee movie tickets.
While purchasing your items tell the cast member your phone number linked to the account and let them know you would like to redeem your points. They will apply the points to the reward of your choice, proiding you have enough points allocated for it.
If you do not know how many points you have or what the rewards avaiable to you are, he cast member can assist you with this information. You can also look on this page for the list of rewards and the points required.
Unfortunately, you are not able to redeem points when purchasing online. But we hope to get this working very soon.
Points can be earned and redeemed at any D'Place Entertainment location. Your D'Wards account will work at all of our locations.
